About Us
Growing up as an eight-generation native, The location of the venue has great significance as we value our ancestry and neighbors in the Old City Falls area. We have grown up running, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and mapling, while enjoying our Vermont family traditions. We want to maintain the proud family spirit of our father, grandfather, family, and eight generations of ancestors by delivering an unmatched experience with events where guests come to make memories, relax, learn, and revel in joy.
A little about our Venue space: Our main event space was built with my father and consists of a modern post and beam structure with a studio, overlooking a majestic range of views of the valley on 200 acres of rolling grassland, maple trees, trails, rivers, and waterfalls. We value our Kendall family traditions of maple sugaring, farming, living, and caring for the land as it belonged to our grandfather and father, Lawrence. This site has incredible meaning for our family that helped to found and support the Old City Falls and Strafford town area. Our family is about traditions and we are blessed to continue the traditions of our family’s traditions of maple sugaring with our family rooted in the Old City Falls area for generations.
